When I see the word contact management system - I just think of one thing - what is so unique about the CRM - and am not excited about the product as it does the same old same old.
iContact has nothing unique about it, including the name which was 'hijacked' from Apple products - nothing wrong with it, just it gives an idea that this product may run only on Apple products like Mac, MacBook, iPhone or iPad. Fortunately, that is not true. However, the limited scope of this product means just 3-stars.
Perhaps will have detailed review when time permits. (And hopefully, the review may change for better!)
