Most realtors use a PC for business. But for those small percentage of us who swear by Mac computers, the apps available are just as good as those offered by other companies.
The problem is unless you are a Mac user you may not realize you have a choice for professional apps that compare to PC choices.
Anymore, you can access many of these apps through "cloud" subscriptions which can be friendly toward both Macs and PCs. Lucky for us!
Think of a professional quality software that has the look and feel of iPhoto. My husband has created all the listing presentations using Aperture - the latest version is 3.4.5
The cost compared to other programs is very reasonable and you can add plug-ins that will enhance features (you need) that may be lacking. We use a fisheye plugin and special color enhancing plug-in and separate Green Screen software. Preview (comes with a Mac) is also used for screenshots.
Raw images work with this as well as other photo formats.
