I've been using ZipForms Plus for several years. It's very easy to use from the start but they do include training videos and other resources to help if you need it.
As a Broker I am able to access accounts for all my agents. We can track transactions as they progress by setting deadlines for particular events and then notifying the responsible party when the deadline approaches.
Documents can be signed electronically with ease. Adding files to a transaction folder is easy! I can upload them manually or email them directly to the folder. This makes it easy for anyone to add documents, including the client or Title company.
There's much more to it but these are some of the highlights. If you haven't given it a try, I recommend it!
