On entering the domain name only you are taken to Real Estate Marketing Center - and the about page describes the ownership as being the same as the previous iteration promoted here. One glaring omission is the complete absence of pricing for any of the offerings - never a good sign in my experience. The site owner used to be active on Active Rain but a review of their profile and their final blog post seems to indicate that they are no longer active in this business.
