Sometimes, few things are available as a free resource and one would want to charge a lot of money for such services. Obviously, people will stay away from such products as they find no extra value in it.
For example - there are sites that allow you to create Craigslist Ads for FREE - why would one want this as a PRO feature only?
Market Leader PRO is one such product where PRO price does include the features like this and few more.
Yes, in past, I had really liked Market Leader as a CRM and Website - not anymore.
