I can fill out forms from anywhere and upload documents from other sources so easily. It allows me to send off for signatures in minutes!
It is such a time saver and so convenient for my clients...they can e-sign right from their phones! no printing and scanning necessary!

I am in California so I use CAR recommended forms for 80% of transactions and 20% by prds.
Winn is the default program. It has retired some older disclosures but added more.
To use it efficiently one needs to practice often to get good at it. One good form is electronic signature.

We can't really complain about Zipforms as that's the program of choice for our business. They have recently added Zipconsult which is basically another version of Go to Meeting and it's amazing. It's free with our membership and very user friendly. I'd advice all agents to start using this asap!
