I am the Broker/Manager and co-owner of REALTY EXECUTIVES Regal Realty. I use my 29 plus years in the sales profession (19 + in real estate) to assist both buyers and sellers in negotiating a sale or purchase. I am a member of the "President's Circle", a member of the "Lifetime Multi-Million Dollar Club".  My primary focus is instruction & training, mentoring & coaching successful career agents. 

I have earned the Presidents Award for Outstanding Service, an award based on reports/testimonials from former clients, expressing their satisfaction with the "excellent" service I provide. I am a mentor of new agents, guiding and instructing them towards successful careers in real estate. And because training and mentoring is a passion, after undergoing a rigorous training program myself, I am now licensed by Buffini & Company to teach "100 Days to Greatness".

After completing the required courses, I have earned the "Accredited Buyer Representative" (ABR), Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager" (CRB), "Certified Residential Specialist" (CRS), "Graduate of the Realty Institute" (GRI), and the "Residential Real Estate Specialist" (RRES) and "Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource" (SFR) designations.

In service to God and the community, I have served in several capacities at Trinity Mt. Carmel Baptist Church; Chairman, Board of Trustees (1/2005-to 12/2013); Former Chairman, Social Services Committee; Former Chairman, Personnel Committee;, Former Chairman, Research & Project Development Committee; Former Chairman, Executive Committee;  Former Member, Advisory Board.  Additionally, I am a former board member of the Cameron Youth Chamber Orchestra.

I am a former member of Business Network International (BNI) "Pay It Forward" Chapter and served as mentor for the chapter.


In every instance I have not failed to recognize that "It's All About You".  Serving is what I do!
