Commitment to creating and maintaining balance are essential to success in all facets of life. Community support is a very personal endeavor for me; I enjoy focusing on family and community wellness initiatives in particular. A current and supporting member of Kanu Hawaii and Stand Up To Cancer; I have led the endeavor to implement the soap recycling program from Clean The World Organization at a luxury resort here on Maui. I participate in committees and activities at my daughter’s school, Maui Preparatory Academy; and at work as a Realtor, I pay special attention to the needs and wishes of each family member. My career in serving the Maui real estate market is founded on core beliefs that build trusting relationships and produce positive results; work with integrity, listen attentively, ask probing questions, negotiate effectively, act responsibly, and display an absolute, solid knowledge of the real estate industry and Maui marketplace. Using a formula of people plus product, equals profit; I set out each day to provide trusted guidance in my role as a real estate professional, presenting a true definition of intrinsic value; at every price point, defined by the expectations of the individual client.
