Get to Know Amy Klingensmith

I am a North Carolina native who was born and raised in the area. My youth centered on school, church and athletics, as well as extra-curricular activities and organizations. I graduated from Campbell University, Buies Creek, NC, with a degree in the Arts and am currently enrolled at Mount Olive College for business. My current hobbies include spending time with family, traveling and watching college football. I also volunteer with various programs at Pitt Memorial Hospital, my church and the Greenville-Pitt Chamber of Commerce. Amy has been the charirman for Greenville Pitt Board of Realtors RPAC committee for four years.

I have been married for five years and live in the Greenville area with my husband Jay, my beautiful daughter, Lauren Grace, who was born in May of 2008, and my dog Bailey.

I represent clients who buy or sell single-family residences, condos, townhomes and investment property in Pitt County. I stay current of all transactions in the area, and am also very knowledgeable about local schools and area happenings.

Certifications

Certifications and Recognitions

I am Accredited Buyer's Representative and I also hold the SRES designation. This certifies me to work with people 50 years and older who want to sell, buy or examine tax breaks for seniors. I am also an E-Pro certified Realtor. I am very technogoically savy and use all the latest devices for selling and buying homes.

In 2007 I was awarded the Greenville-Pitt Board of Realtors Presidents award for all of my services with the board of Realtors and raising money for our local RPAC.

In 2007 I was also awarded the NC Realtor Rookie of the Year award. There were only 7 people awarded this in the state. I was very proud of this achievement. To be awarded this you must have been the business for 4 years or less and show great leadership in your association. I just made the cut because I was in real estate 4 years when I received that award.
