At Chris James Hector Realty, we pride ourselves on being full time, full service realtors. We make ourselves available seven days and nights a week to help guide buyers and sellers through every step of a real estate transaction. We are members of the National Association of Realtors, the Pennsylvania Associations of realtors and the Montgomery County Association of Realtors. We are also very active with the Spring-Ford, Phoenixville, and Perk Valley Chambers of Commerce.
I grew up knowing I wanted to be a Realtor, just like my Grandmother, Chris James Hector. I spent a lot of time behind the scenes as a child and teenager learning the industry and how to work with people. In 2007, just after graduating high school, I earned my Sales Persons License and my ABR designation. I am presently striving towards earning my Associates Broker License. This is an ever changing industry and it is important to stay informed and adjust to the market.
I currently reside in East Coventry with my husband, Josh, and German Sheppard, Jack. In my free time, I enjoy working on home improvement projects and spending time outside hiking.
The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This designation is for real estate buyer agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients at every state of the home buying process. This coveted designation is awarded by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®, to real estate practitioners who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.

| After relocating to the area, my wife and I were a bit overwhelmed with all of the Realtor options out there once we were ready to start looking for our first home. Being new to the home buying process, as well, we were lucky enough to have a friend recommend the services of Chris James Hector Realty. Our minds (and hearts) were put at ease during our first conversation. | As a first time home buyer, I had little knowledge of the process or what I was looking for in a house. Andrea patiently answered all of my questions and honestly discussed all of my options in depth. The home I purchased was a short sale, which can take months to process, but thanks in large part to Andrea's speed and thoroughness, I was able to reach settlement very quickly. I cannot begin to express my gratitude to Andrea for helping me though this process and getting me in the perfect home I was looking for! |
