Argie and her Team recently moved to a local Real Estate company to continue serving her clients in a more intimate environment, the City of Orange, which she calls home and in which she gives back to the community with involvements such in the Rotary Club and the Chamber of Orange. While still assisting past and present clients, her team's main focus is now in residential sales throughout Orange County and Riverside County. For this sector of her business, Silva/NastasiTeam has been consistently recognized as a top producer and has received several awards such as Top Sales, Top Producing agents, putting them in the top 3% of agents nationwide. | I have known David and Argie for many years. You couldn't find two more hard working, honest, reliable and knowledgeable real estate professionals to handle any transaction you might have. They were not like some agents who would reel you in like a big fish and then forget about you or pass you on to there staff. They would be there for you and with you and would always answer their phone and return your phone calls. When you have David and Argie as your agents you have true professionals on your side that will put there years of knowledge and negotiating experience to the table to get the best deal possible in any transaction. | David and Argie sold my house recently and they were so helpful in all aspects of getting it ready to go on the market. I work full time and could not be present when certain things had to be done. David and Argie would call and say "don't worry, I am right around the corner and will handle it for you". They kept me abreast of all aspects of the process and since the house we were selling was my sisters who had died last year, they understood the emotional side of what I was going through. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering selling their home or thinking of buying a home. |

| My husband and I are empty nest'ers who recently downsized and sold our home of 35 years. It was a very emotional experience as we raised a family there. Through it all David and Argie were right there by our side. Not like realtors, but like extended family. Their expertise and care protected our interests throughout the process. In addition to handling the sale of our home they also found us our perfect new home, coordinated virtually everything from a garage sale to David bringing us extra moving boxes and recommending a moving company! | What can I say about David and Argie? Sometimes in life you run into people that you just know are incredible beings. Such is case with David Silva and Argie Nastasi. Not that you can, but forget that they are the greatest real estate agents I've ever come across, forget that they are relentless representatives on behalf of all of their clients. Forget that they always conduct their business with integrity, honesty, and morality at the forefront. Forget all that stuff because all you really need to know is David and Argie are two of the nicest most genuine people I have ever met! If you are fortunate enough to get to know them you will think to yourself "hmmm, Bob was absolutely right" soooo Give em a Ring! |
