I have been a licensed agent for over 25 years and I love it when the right house collides with the right buyer! I was born and raised in Cleveland and I LOVE the wonderful things that have happened in our city over the last several years. Great development has happened on the east bank with enhancements all over downtown. Play house Square is the 2nd largest theater district in the country! Our sports teams have had some great success too! Come to Cleveland. You will love it here! I will do everything I can and put my experience to work for you to find you a great home!
On a personal note, my husband and I and have one beautiful daughter, who is a physician assistant. Our family sings together in the church choir and has since our daughter was a baby. We love seeing a great production at Playhouse Square!

From 1996-2006 I worked for a builder selling new construction, so I definitely have first hand knowledge of the custom home building process.
I even went through it personally when my husband and I had a home custom built for ourselves.

She works at her job 7 days a week, returns all phone calls and emails and locates answers to questions about potential purchase homes and real estate dynamics. | Barb was fantastic to work with. As a first-time home buyer, we had no idea what we were getting into or what to look for. Barb took her time, took us to as many houses as wanted to see, and helped us figure out what exactly it was that we wanted in a house. She also helped us learn what to look for when it came to things like water damage in the basement because that was a very important part of a house for us. When it came time to put an offer in on a house, Barb helped walk us through the whole process and gave us some guidance/ideas around how to set up an offer since we had no idea what we were doing at all. She was always there with advice, and was readily available once we started the closing process on the house as well. Barb even went far above and beyond her job and was willing to answer questions well after we had closed on the house and received our keys. |
