| Blake helped by wife and I purchase our first home in Bryant and he was more than patient with us throughout the entire process. Like most first time buyers, we had several questions and Blake did a great job of walking us through the process from start to finish. My grade on local knowledge is probably a bit unfair as we asked Blake to help us find a home outside of his primary area. Nevertheless, he did his market research and definitely pointed us in the right direction. The thing that impressed me the most was the fact that he didn't focus on commission when recommending one home over another. Actually, he most critical of the two houses that would have paid him the most! When the time comes to "trade up", we'll definitely utilize Blake's expertise again. |
