I love real estate!  But, what I love more is serving people and helping them become educated buyer, sellers and homeowners.  It is my sincerest belief that facing challenges in any endeavor provides me with the greatest opportunity to demonstrate my skills and commitment to my clients. 

By design, I work by referral.  By creating relationships with my clients based on providing them with value, I am able to spend the time that I would normally be out doorknocking and cold calling providing better service to my clients. 

My experience includes many years  in law as a Paralegal and Legal Administrator.  I fully understand the concept of my fiduciary duties, have excellent negotiation skills and always strive to keep my clients from taking unnecessary risks.  These skills were well honed during the years that I worked in the music industry in promotion and talent development, which also provided me with insight into inventive, "thinking outside the box" marketing and promotional ideas that I have transferred to selling homes.
