Started dabbling in real estate in 2005 as an investor purchasing property below value, making improvements, and later reselling it for a profit. I received my license as a Realtor in October of 2006 just so I could sell my own properties, but I began helping friends and family find and purchase homes, which led to assisting anyone in the purchase of home. As a licensed professional, I began performed Broker Price Opinions for several BPO and/or Asset Management Companies and banks such as Single Source Property Solutions, Ameriquest, Goodman Dean, US Real Estate Services, Pro-Teck, Clear Capital, Titanium Solutions & iMortgage Services. I also service REO listings and current clients include Chase and CitiMortage. As the market continued to change, I began negotiating short sales. My professional affiliations include the National Association of Broker Price Opinion Professionals, National Association of Realtors, Phoenix Association of Realtors, RES.net, Short Sale Specialist Network, REO Network, and Equator. Recent accomplishment was that I achieved my Certified Distressed Property Expert designation in June 2012.
