Most of my clients tell me that what they appreciate most about my service, is the EDUCATION I provide about the buying / selling process. I believe that setting EXPECTATIONS is a critical factor from the VERY BEGINNING. One client recently commented to me "I've learned more about real estate in this one hour of education than I've known my whole life." It wasn't the client's first experience with buying/selling either, so comments like that mean everything to me because I know that after they've worked with me, they will walk away feeling more knowledgeable and that is empowering and gratifying to them. Wether you are a buyer or a seller, the process is WORK and there are many things that can alter the path to a successful closing. I work hard to ensure that my clients are fully aware and comfortable with the process they are about to embark on. You'll never find me shoving a pile of papers in front of a client and saying "sign here" ... with no explanation. You will never hear the words "you should have read that better when you signed it". That's ATROCIOUS and sadly I've worked with many clients who have told me that was their experience in the past! Well say HELLO to a more positive and informative way of doing business!
