Having grown up in a family of realtors that included her father and other family members,

Cynthia Marrone came to her career choice quite naturally. Working primarily with private investors, specializing in the location of all types of investment properties, including apartment buildings, single-family homes, commercial buildings and undeveloped land, many ultimately purchased through auctions. 

Additionally, Cynthia spent many years working as a sales agent for large and small real estate agencies and in doing so, expanded her business into apartment management.  Consistently prospecting for new business and networking, she was top sales agent in volume multiple years.

In keeping with current trends in today’s real estate market, Cynthia holds the Short Sales and Foreclosures Certification, a certification that is focused on teaching real estate professionals how to best guide consumers through a successful transaction either as a buyer or seller.

After much success working for others, Cynthia decided to step out of the box and start at eCLOUDbroker – a company that integrates today’s technologies in the real estate into the real estate industry.   In taking this step, Cynthia brings her knowledge, expertise and most importantly… her passion to serve Palos Verdes Estates and surrounding areas.
