Get to know Debbie Garland
I have been a full time REALTOR since 2003. My professional designations include, SFR, REOPro, e-Certified 2.0 and Notary. I have served as co-chair for Leadership Development 2010 and Chairperson for 2011. Awarded "Rookie of the Year" 2004, Multi-million dollar producer, and was top producer 2004, 2009. From 2011-2013 I was a manager of a REO Department. My department managed over 650 Fannie Mae REO Properties with a staff of 7 employees. Some of the other clients I worked with included, GTE Federal Credit Union, Bank of America, PenFed Credit Union, and Wells Fargo/PAS.
After many years working with sellers, buyers, investors, builders, friends, and family, I have earned a reputation for dealing fairly and honestly with everyone. It's a reputation I cherish. I am willing to go the extra distance to make my clients and customers happy with the outcome of their transaction. Buying or selling a home can be such a emotional and stressful time. Having personally gone throught the same things, I can appreciate how difficult and confusing the process can be. Being a business professional I am committed to providing the best service possible.
