Thank you for taking the time to read my Bio,  I have been a life long resident og the Binghamton area, Born in Binghamton, went to elementary school at Harry L. Johnson in Johnson City, Graduated from Harpursville in "86".  I worked for the county out of high school before doing a tour in the Navy.  When I got out of the Navy I took a job at the Maple Vail Book Manufacturing Group and I did that for 18yrs.  Within my fIrst year there I was a licensed real estate agent, though real estate has always been a major interest of mine I didn't take it serious enough.  I was young and making good money, so I stayed there for the next 18 years.  My last year there I spent doing both real estate and working at Vail full time.  I worked third shift, so I could do real estate during the day.    I learned alot in my 18 Years there, read alot of books on Real Estate.  I joined this young company in its start up stage, and participated in its growth in making it a major player in this local market, It grew and grew.  Well, that brings me to today, I joined that company because I didn't want to be part of a franchise or large corporate real estate firm.    Today, I am on my own, with a new business model.
