I specialize in Residential Real Estate.  There are 2 ways for a Realtor to sell your home...He must either find you a buyer directly, or convince other agents who have potential buyers that your home would be the best choice for their buyers.  I will use a mix of technology, networking and intensive marketing to ensure the widest audience possible is made aware of your listing.  Too often Realtors get a listing, post a sign in the yard, list the property on the MLS and sit back and wait.   That is not the way I operate.  In todays competitive market, the old standard is not enough.  I will use mass email distribution, virtual tours, networking and every means at my disposal to ensure that the widest possible pool of buyers are aware of your property.
