| Trying to move from 300+ miles away, we wanted a realtor we could trust and also find us the right house. In Josh, we found both and much, much more. | My wife and I engaged Josh and Brooke about 4 years prior to our move. We were making a couple of yearly trips to Iowa to visit family, and knew we were going to eventually move to this area. On each visit we contacted Josh, and he took us out to show us the available houses, but more importantly, the various communities so we could get a feel for the area surrounding Des Moines. Once we decided to move here, and settled on a specific location, Josh showed us a host of available houses, one of which we selected. Josh helped us understand the Iowa real estate process (very different from where we were relocating from), and introduced us to a mortgage company as well as a home inspection company. We are very happy with the assistance Josh and Brooke provided over the years and we recommend their team to any prospective home buyers. |

| Ekgivens Client, Buyer My family searched for a house for more than a year...and Josh was so patient with us throughout the process. He listened to what we wanted in a home, came up with lots of ideas and options and good "finds" on the market. He spent so much time with us... I think many realtors probably would've given up. He also knew our budget and encouraged us along the way to stay within... even though it would've been to his advantage for us to buy a more expensive house. His honesty is refreshing and very much appreciated by us. As we walked through homes that needed updating, he was also very knowledgeable as to how much things would cost to fix up, repair or replace. This was tremendously helpful in deciding whether we could afford a certain home or a certain "project." Josh has become a friend, not just our realtor.
