Grant is a real estate broker with director-level management experience. He primarily focuses in the San Gabriel Valley area, but is known to sell homes spanning as far north as Valencia all the way inland to Riverside, and as far down south as San Diego.

Before joining the esteemed team at Real Estate Heaven, I was the Vice President of a residential real estate firm working in a dual capacity as the Principal Managing Broker. There I was able to grow the company from a startup of three agents into an office of over 110+ sales brokers and agents in a three year span. In addition, I developed and managed an in-house mortgage loan origination division.

Background: Grant is a graduate of University of California Riverside (UCR), where he received his Bachelor in Business Administration. Since graduating from UCR, Grant has been active in California real estate & mortgage. He has worn many hats in the real estate industry as a commercial sales broker, residential sales broker, principal managing broker, loan originator, property manager, wholesale loan account executive, and loan underwriter.
