I have been passionate about real estate since becoming an investor four years ago and then getting my license. But even more, I have always been in career fields where my main focus is helping others achieve their dreams and goals. Later this fall, I will be obtaining my ecobroker certification and also the National Association of Realtors green real estate certification. I also am an experienced investor and know the Nashville market inside and out. I can be especially valuable to out of state investors who wish to enter the still-strong Nashville real estate market.
I also am a certified home stager, and have a background in marketing/communications and photography that makes listings standout. As an investor I have many creative strategies to help sell a home and get the seller moved in to their new dream home.
