Home & Building Inspections - A significant part of our business comes from former clients, either as repeat clients or referrals.  Our primary area of expertise is on customer service in providing a thorough, professional and qualified inspection.  We spend the time required to ensure the client is provided with a comprehensive understanding of their prospective home's overall condition. 

We tend to have two types of Realtor referrals: 

The first type understands the importance of providing their clients with an inspector referral that will professionally serve their clients needs, qualified to address most situations and as thorough as reasonably possible to minimize risk of consequential surprises.   The second is Realtors themselves, their families and clients they know want a higher level of service - detailed, experienced, ASHI certified and service oriented.
