I started building homes as a carpenter in my teens in California. Later I started selling homes, then went back into construction, and later, property management. In 1989 I moved to New York and I have been buying investment property since 1999. I have been an agent since 2004. I love working with first time buyers, and also investors. Two opposite ends of the spectrum. First time buyers understand less of the process and may not know all the great options for buying and getting help that are available.
With investors, its all about the money and the cash flow, and I love that pragmatic investor quest to find the right deal. I am on the Board of Directors with a local Credit Union, and have many bank contacts to help your investor referral.
