Subcontractors involved in ICF construction. This is a very effetive way to build homes and commercial buildings which will last for hundreds of years, and save thousands in energy costs on an annual basis. We believe in green constructions, and most appreciate the LEED standards. Energy Star is easily met and significantly exceeded with an ICF home. We have the area's most experience in ICF homes, and LEED construction, having just completed our second LEED home, projected to be rated platinum.
We specialize in all things related to concrete and green or energy efficient construction: ICF's, high-volume fly ash concrete, low-voc stains and sealers, recycling, reducing jobsite waste, etc. Usually we build larger custom homes, but about 20% of our work is entry-level. We have a significant amount of experience in commercial walls and floors as well.
