My love for building began when my Uncle Vito, who was a builder, built a tree fort for (and in spite of the help from) my three bothers and myself when I was about 5 years old. In the years that followed many more forts were built around the neighborhood by my brothers and I, each one more elaborate than the last. 

After two years of college I worked for my uncle for 7+ years before starting my own remodeling company, Magnotta Builders and Remodelers in 1977. My passion for constructin and renovating homes and my love of getting to know people and helping them maintain and improve their home has made it feel like I am a kid going outside to play when I go to work most days.  

We now offer real estate sales as a service for our family of clients. With the intimate knowledge gained in over 40 years of remodeling all types of homes in virtually every neighborhood in the greater Lansing, MI area and numerous national awards for designing small modifications as well as completely re-imagining these homes with whole house remodels and additions, the skills we bring to the real estate field are unmatched anywhere this side of HGTV.
