Greetings from beautiful  Island. Like many professional realtors, I love my work. Selling real esate and helping others find and achieving there dream is, in it's self, is very gratifying. Doing it on Amelia Island is supercharged joy.

I work out of RE/MAX Professional Groups Amelia Island office while my husband Jim, also a licensed realtor, works from the Yulee office. We both  take great pride in our work and we both feel that the strengths of one compliments the other. As you all know, real estate has become a very complicated profession. Jim seems to be inclined toward the technology side of our business while I just simply have a love for people and spend  most of my time in sales. One of Jim's favorite expresions is: "I stay in the office and do all the work and Kathy is out playing butterfly; trying to kiss every flower." What ever the truth, we make a great team and hold our professional standards to the highest level.
