Experience Counts: With just a few years in real estate, I don't compare to some lifers!  However, I bring technology experience and business experience that provides a Professional edge for my clients.  I've been a professional in business for 25+ years and have over 15 years of management experience.   As a trained project manager, I will educate you and track every detail of your transaction.   I know how to service customers.  I have great negotiation skills so that I can represent you and get you the best possible outcome.  The team Keller Williams jointly has hundreds of years of experience and is my source of knowledge when there is something I don't know.

  Market Knowledge: Whether you are buying or selling, it is critical that your agent understands the current market.  Like many agents, I have access to and review the local MLS statistics.  But I've taken that a step further and create detailed trend reports.  I have the data and I know how to use it to create the best scenarios for my clients.
