I started my career in the commercial real estate business in 1996 at USAA. I worked under the Corporate Real Estate division in the southeast regional office in Tampa, FL. I was the Chief Engineer in charge of managing the 122-acre property located in New Tampa. My responsibilities included contracting all site activities and improvements, supervision of contract work performed as project manager, and supervision of the in-house facilities personnel. My wife and I started Saunders Investment LLC in 2010 where as Managing Member I managed rental properties, residential acquisitions and renovation for resale etc. I strive to continually improve my education and growth in my profession. I look forward to achieving success for my clients during this exciting time in the real estate industry.
