I was born in Arlington and have lived in Snohomish County my entire life. I enjoy the combined benefits of living in a country atmosphere of wide-open spaces and yet being near city amenities.
I specialize in telling clients the dead truth. We all know that the market is not what is once was and managing expectations of what the true realities of the market can be hard to process. I have found that by being truthful from the beginning about price if you are selling and what you should offer if you are buying, we can reach the clients real estate goals without headaches.
With the current market, inventory is low and it can be a real challenge if a buyers do not realize that they might have to move quickly and that prices may escalate. Short sales can be a long process and my job is to make sure that my clients understand what is going on at all times. My biggest advice for buyers.... get pre-approved and be prepared to make move!
I also specialize in helping sellers prepare for thier houses for sale so they stand out above the rest. When the house is staged, clean and in good condition, it can sell for top dollar. My job is to help sellers edit how the house looks so potential buyers can see themselves living there and therefore make good offer.
