Leonard and Minnie Thomas have been real estate professionals for 20 years. They began their careers at ERA Besmatch in New York City where they specialized in working with first-time homebuyers as well as lis pendens properties (property where a suit is pending involving either title or ownership). In 1999 “Team Thomas” opened a real estate firm in The Bronx. Three years later, their desire to become homeowners led them to Orange County, New York where they purchased their first home and relocated their business. Since they were not familiar with Orange County, the Thomas decided to purchase through an experienced local realtor. Despite the fact that their realtor was very patient and professional, the process was long and stressful, lasting six months. 

When Team Thomas takes buyers out they are always mindful of the pressures and stresses they experienced when purchasing and they work hard to make their clients’ as worry free as possible. 

Both Leonard and Minnie have worked in human services; Leonard as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) driving ambulances in New York City and Minnie currently as a Health Care Provider for special needs adults.
