I have been a realtor for the past 13 years. Working with first time buyers is the most rewarding to me. Buying your first home is exciting, scary,and sometimes trying. I work for my clients so purchasing a first home is a good experience. Prior to my career in Real Estate I managed rental properties and purchased distressed properties to rehab and sell for profit. Working with investors is another of my specialties. Purchasing a foreclosure can sometimes be frustrating if you are not working with the right agent. I have more than 5 years experience working with all the major foreclosure companies.
