Hi. As you can see my name is Denise.
I love working with first time home buyers as they are always so happy when they find their first home. I do work with other buyers such as those who are upgrading or downsizing, who give me just as much satisfaction for when they find the house of their dreams. I also work with investors I enjoy Real Estate very much, but it's the people I enjoy. There just isn't anything more satisfying that making others happy.
I just joined HUNT Real Estate ERA and believe it was a very good move for me. We offer so much through them it's amazing.
Certifications
I love working with first time home buyers as they are always so happy when they find their first home. There's nothing that excites me more than seeing the eyes light up and the smile on their face when they walk into their dream home. I don't let people settle, the right house always comes along in time. I do hold the first time home buyers hand through the whole process, helping them find a bank that would suit their needs the best to finding a good atty to represent them. I do work with other buyers as well such as those who are upgrading or downsizing, who give me just as much satisfaction for when they find the house of their dreams. I also work with investors and I list properties of all catagories, commercial, multi-units, single family, high end and low end properties. I will only list a few at a time since I believe in giving 100% to anything I do, whether you are a buyer or seller. I don't believe in putting a sign out front and letting it go, I'll do mailings, open houses, different types of advertising, whatever it take to sell a property and I do it myself so it's done the way I want it, so that limits me to the number of listings I would have at one time due to it's time consuming for each listing along with all the buyers I do work with as well, who I also give 100% to.
