| In a buyer’s market with competition from nearby foreclosures and short sales, she put in extra effort with all forms of online marketing, getting listings in a variety of websites, with plenty of good photographs, video and information. She followed up with every agent who visited the place to get feedback, and adjusted her efforts accordingly. She gave us good advice on staging the house for sale, focusing on the important things, and saving us from unnecessary work. She used several online analysis tools to keep track of what was happening with the market, as well as keeping in touch with the agents selling homes nearby ours. | Nara has been a wonderful real estate agent for the purchase and sale of my condo. It is very comforting to know that when you buy a home you can go right back to that same real estate agent years later to get it sold. I am very impressed with her knowledge of the real estate market and use of technology to facilitate and speed up the home purchase/sale. She has a great web site, takes very appealing pictures and videos of the home for advertising, advises on staging the home for sale, helps evaluate contract bids, can work from anywhere to access online real estate info, instantly responds to emails and phone/text messages, and electronically processes sales documents. She even taught me how to fill out forms and sign documents on my iPad, to speed up the contract processing. I would definitely recommend her realtor services to anyone serious about buying or selling a home. |
