My husband and I have moved 6 times with 3 children and at least one dog in tow due to government transfers. I have a special affinity for families moving to a new area and all the stress that creates. I have been in the business of helping families find a home, whether it's their first, second, 10th or retirement, for almost 17 years in three different states (if you count Florida twice).
I love working with both first-time and more experienced buyers. I have a great deal of experience in water front properties, living on the water myself. My luxury home listings (many on the water) typically sell more quickly than others in their area for a better price. All of my listings get great attention to detail whether they are $100,000 or $1,000,000 and typically sell faster and for more money than other in their area.
