Phyllis Kent is a full time, professional REALTOR® and Owner/Broker with extensive market knowledge of the Central Florida area. Phyllis is a Notary Public in the State of Florida. Phyllis is educated in the legal aspects of real estate practice and licensed by Florida. Phyllis was born and raised in Florida, has owned many properties ( as many as 26 at a time) both in the United States and outside the US.
