Perry’s 13+ years in Real Estate have initially revolved around real estate as an investment vehicle. He’s purchased over $600K in investment property and sold income producing properties ranging from single family homes, to multifamily properties.

When not assisting clients, Perry is a Husband of 15 years to Carrine who is his soul mate and mother of his 3 beautiful children. Perry enjoys music, cooking, reading, exercise, and travel. Also an animal lover, his household includes two lovable animals. Jazz a 70 lb. Black and Tan German Shepard and Cozie a handful “Applehead- Chocolate Point” Siamese kitty that provide, and demand, constant love and attention.
