Background
Before becoming a full time agent I was investing in properties in Lancaster City. Buying, fixing up, and than selling was how I got started in real estate. I still enjoy getting my hands dirty and tearing down some walls. Before getting into real estate I got an education in Business Administration from Millersville University. There I learned techniques for marketing and running a business. I have taken this knowledge and now use it for my clients. Maximizing what is spent on advertising and getting as many buyers as possible into your home.

Around 75% of home buyers start their search online. This means that people are scouring the internet for information about homes. Taking full advantage of this is my main goal when marketing a home. From consistent postings on Craigslist and Ebay, Zillow, Trulia, and of course blogging about a home here on Active Rain, taking full advantage of modern technology is my specialty. Along with your home being everywhere possible online, I will work hard to get the best pictures and do excellent Virtual Tours for your home. This is what will bring buyers from the online world to actually visiting and hopefully purchasing your home.
Area of Expertise
Being born and raised In Lancaster County, I feel like I can work anywhere within the county limits. But the areas that I have learned the best has been Lancaster City and the eastern side of the county. Lancaster City's diverse neighborhoods offers something for every buyer. Some of the most affordable homes in the county are in Lancaster City. These price ranges open up doors to home ownership for people that otherwise would never be able to afford owning. Affordable homes can be found in almost every area, from Chestnutt Hill, Cabbage Hill, Downtown, and everywhere else.
Lancaster city has also started to cater to higher end buyers as well. People are starting to realize the benefits of city life. From the great shops, and amazing restaurants, to the Central Market and the Fulton Theatre. Lancaster City is attracting every type of buyer, and they are loving it.
