Armed with a keen passion for real estate, I am 100% committed to providing and maintaining the highest level of service to each and every client.
Realizing that buying or selling a home is a very important decision, I bring a deep sense of responsibility to my role in every real estate transaction and consider it my duty to promote and protect my clients’ best interests. My diligence in anticipating a client’s every need, explaining each step of the transaction, making myself readily available for questions and responding quickly to calls, texts and emails has gained me a reputation for making each buyer or seller feel as if they were my only concern.
As a full time REALTOR®, Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative and e-PRO Internet Professional, I have the education and proven experience to represent buyers, sellers, investors, renters and those looking to relocate to/from the Houston and surrounding areas. I am a tech savvy, paperless, virtual agent and pride myself on keeping current with the market, technology trends and continued education.
Prior to obtaining my real estate license, I served in marketing and executive assistant roles supporting upper management and C-level positions for 20+ years. Attention to detail, efficiency, patience and follow-up skills (just to name a few!) from my previous business life have proven to be great assets in my role as REALTOR®.
I am a member of the Houston Association of REALTORS® (HAR), Texas Association of REALTORS® (TAR), National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC). | Sandra was amazing from the moment I got in contact with her. We didn't have much luck in any realtors calling us back, but she was 100% attentive and caring. She was very quick to have a list of potential properties for us to go through. She had two properties to view that matched what we were looking for the day after contact. She has answered every question we've had and then some! Sandra is very quick to respond if she misses a call and works later hours to help you if needed.
