Suzanne has lived and worked in North Vancouver for more than 25 years. As a result, she has a deep and intimate understanding of the residential communities, local businesses, schools and recreational opportunities in and around the North Shore. Prior to real estate, Suzanne managed and helped build a very successful family construction business which continues to focus on residential developments across the North Shore. This background has provided her with unique insights into the trends and drivers of the North Vancouver real estate market.
With three active teenage children, Suzanne stays very involved in the community. Suzanne chose to raise her family in North Vancouver because she loves the sense of community, the beautiful surroundings and the active lifestyle it provides. Indeed, it is a place like no other.
