Susan was born & raised in The Dalles. She moved to Hillsboro in 1993. In 1999, she started her real estate career at Re/Max Equity Group. In the summer of 2001, she moved back to The Dalles, and teamed up with her mother, Delores Dunning, at Fadness Realty Inc. Susan used her talents with the camera & technology to take virtual tours of each home listed by the office. She also contributed her talents to their mailing and advertising campaigns. Susan completed the requirements to become a Principal Broker, so that she and her mother could start their own real estate brokerage. They opened the doors to Dunning Crespin Realty Inc in January 2006. Susan is an active member and Photographer of The Dalles Chamber Of Commerce Amassadors. She is a member of the Mid-Columbia Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, & the Oregon Association of Realtors. Susan and her three children enjoy traveling, community activities, and outdoor activities.
