We are a full service real estate brokerage firm specializing in both waterfront and non waterfront real estate. We are located in Palm City, Florida, which is about 30 miles north of West Palm Beach on the east coast. We specialize in the following areas: Hobe Sound, Palm City, Stuart, Sewall's Point and Jensen Beach/Rio.
The question is often posed to us why should I go with a independent office rather than a franchise. The answer is simple. Being independent give us an advantage in that we are not governed by a specific rules that a franchise brokerage firm rules their franchises with. We can offer more flexability in our transactions as we set our own conditions, as governed by the State of Florida. Also in being independent our overhead is much less, thus we can pass on added savings to you our customer's. We only take on transactions we know we can close. In doing that we offer personalized professional no nonsense service.
Our areas of expertise have ranged from low priced condo's ($95,000.00) to high end properties ($3,000,000.00+) homes on the waterfront. We do not think one property is better than another, we are here to serve our customer's no matter what the price.

With our vast contacts in all aspects of real estate purchasing and selling we can start with qualifying you with mortgage lenders to see what you can afford, we know the school districts to assist you in placing your kids correctly, we know real estate attorney's and title companies, home inspector's that are competent, and contractor's if there is need for repairs or modifications.
