KINGDOM PORTFOLIO

 

An entire generation’s financial security has been put at risk by falling annuity rates, virtual non-existent returns on deposits, and the very real prospect that the painstakingly saved retirement pot will no longer last us out.

Our purpose is a simple one. To offer a high yielding and safe investment solution to those caught out by the financial crises and who are now facing financial hardship or uncertainty, despite having saved prudently to fund their lifestyle.

Currently, investors or retirees may find it hard to generate much income from a $5,000 tranche of money. At Kingdom Portfolio, a typical project should provide the investor with a minimum of $500 income per year for each $5,000 invested.

Other advantages are that the income is paid out monthly to shareholders.

At Kingdom Portfolio, we offer no investment funds, opaque schemes or risky solutions. Our product could not be simpler. We offer those with capital amounts as low as $5,000 the opportunity to participate in a Kingdom Portfolio Project.

Based around the underlying asset of high yielding residential real estate, Kingdom Portfolio project pay an average 10% annual income on a monthly basis, starting 30-days after entry.

 

INVESTOR SECURITY:

 

Investors enjoy absolute security within Kingdom Portfolio projects, as they, and not Kingdom, own the actual real estate.

The following is a simple illustration of a Kingdom Portfolio project.

Property ‘A’ is purchased by ABC LLC for $250,000.  At purchase, the property has been remodeled and is fully rented on yearly leases.  The yearly rent is $40,000.

Investors in ABC LLC each take up one or more shares in the company (at formation) at $5,000 each. The company owns Property ‘A’ outright.  As each share costs $5,000, there are only 50 shares issued in ABC LLC.  Each of 50 shareholders will own 2% of the company, and therefore 2% of the actual real estate. Kingdom Portfolio has no beneficial ownership in the asset or the company.

As discussed above, Kingdom Portfolio suggests a yearly return of at least 10% per year. On this basis, each $5,000 share bought will receive a monthly return of  $41.66 ($500 per year) paid on the last day of each month following closing.

The project will be fully managed by Kingdom Portfolio.  Real estate taxes, insurance, management fees and repairs will all be paid from rental income.

 

HIGHER PERFORMANCE:

 

Kingdom Portfolio may realize a return equivalent to a higher rate than 10%. In such cases, a performance bonus will be payable to Kingdom Portfolio, on the following basis.

Additional Performance Bonus:

Rate of return:           10% net after deduction of basic fees (NADF), zero bonus

                                   10.1% to 12.5% NADBF, 1/5th of excess return over 10% per year.

                                   12.6% NADBF and above, 1/3rd of excess return over 12.5% per year.

 

 TIMING:

 

Kingdom Portfolio will release a fully rented and producing project.  In each case, a new stand alone company will be formed in equal shares of $5,000 each by the investors. The number of shares in the company will be dictated by the purchase price divided by $5,000.

Investors may take from one share right up to all the shares in the company.

 

ARE THERE ANY LIMITATIONS:

 

There are no limitations on the percentage which can be taken up by each investor, however, investment can close once the whole project is funded. This means that in the example above of a $250,000 project, all fifty x $5,000 parts must be taken up for the project to close. A closing date will always be fixed at launch.
