Century 21 Krall Real Estate is excited to share some news with you.   Three of our best agents, Maria Shuey,  Ryan Anspach and Korinn Fees have joined together to become The Gold Team.

This winning combination of experience and knowledge will offer our customers and clients a level of service higher than any single agent in real estate today. 

Maria has been a full time agent with Century 21 Krall for 14 years.   She has been named our top sales associate the last 7 years, achieving the prestigious Centurion and Double Centurion awards.  She has also consistently received the Winners Circle Top 5% Award in Lebanon County since 2000 and has been ranked as one of the top 5 Century 21 agents in Pennsylvania.  Maria has been a resident of Lebanon County over 40 years and currently resides in the Jonestown area.  She and her husband Kevin have 2 children, Austin 10 and Kathryn 7.  Maria volunteers her time in several ways through her church and enjoys meeting new people.  It has always been important to Maria to provide the best service possible and she believes that being part of a team is a way to increase that level of service. 

Ryan is a local resident of Jonestown.  He and his wife Kari have 3 children ages 8, 5 and 3.  Ryan has been enlisted in the Air National Guard for over 11 years and has served overseas in Operation Enduring Freedom as well as Operation Iraqi Freedom.  As a Realtor, Ryan has been helping families with their real estate needs for over 4 years and has earned the ePRO designation.  This designation is given to only a select few agents who can demonstrate their knowledge of the internet and online tools used in  real estate.  As a member of the community he gives back by volunteering as a coach in the Northern Lebanon Little League. In his personal time he enjoys spending time with his family, playing softball, and watching sports. 

Korinn, a licensed full time agent, graduated from the Institute of Real Estate Studies and participates in continuing education to enhance her knowledge in the real estate industry.  She is a lifelong resident of Lebanon County and after graduating with a degree in Accounting and working in the field for 6+ years Korinn decided to pursue her career in real estate.  Korinn strives to make every real estate transaction as efficient, simple, and successful as possible.  She really enjoys helping people achieve their goals.  Korinn brings a great work ethic and a tenacious ability to get the job done with every transaction.
