I've been a problem solver all my life. I love the challenge of finding the best solution for my clients. I've done this in communications, as an educational psychologist, as a software developer, and as a realtor.
My clients have unique needs, and they want the best solution. I take the time to first listen to their needs, and get a handle on the specifics. Then I research the options, and we develop a strategy. In real estate, this means taking the time to really undestand the type of home that works best for my buyers, or the best marketing options for my sellers. We then work together to create a strategy and take action.
My goal is to eliminate the frustration normally involved in buying, and selling, a home. I want to focus on solutions that can be easily handled by my clients, and provide them with satisfaction for years to come.

Knowledge, technology skills, and patience create a very interactive relationship with my clients. I beleive in old fashioned service where the customer comes first, and the result of good work is my commission.
I'm not in a hurry. I'll take the time necessary to make each transaction the best for my clients. I return calls quickly when I'm not immediately available. I provide personal replies to emails. I seek to provide complete answers to every question. I want my clients to feel comfortable with every part of a transaction.
I'm not pushy. I believe that a home purchase is a very personal, and long lasting, decision. I want my clients to be sure of all the elements: cost, location, style, size, value, and obligations. My clients will live in this home, and I believe they should make an informed decision to purchase.
I have nearly 30 years of in depth experience with computer technology, and that allows me to use these skills in research, marketing, and transaction tracking. Today's clients seek their properties using the internet, and I'm there to market my sellers' properties, and to help buyers do their initial searches.
I've lived in Southern California since 1952. I've got roots throughout the area, and I've watched it develop from a small city into a major collection of metropolitan areas. I've lived, and worked, in South Orange County since 1972, and watched it turn from ranchland and orange groves to thriving planned communities. Unlike a small town, residents of Southern California are mobil and consider the entire lower part of the state as their neighborhood. I know it well, and love to share the history and future of this area with my clients.
