My name is Tina Stone and I love to help local families find their new dream homes. I live in St. Mary's County, but I grew up in Prince Georges and Charles Counties, so I'm a local southern Marylander! I spend a lot of my time trying to keep up with both my daughter, who is a toddler, and my husband, who is a St. Mary's County police officer. I went to Towson University for several years to pursue a degree on Communications, then went on to work in office management for several high-profile legal offices for 6 years. I learned how to negotiate contracts, and draft, edit and review contract language and interpretation. More importantly, I learned the importance of an attention to detail. I look for the cracks, so you don't have to.
I believe that personal attention is extremely important in real estate. Because of this, I intentionally keep my real estate practice small, which allows me to give clients my undivided attention. You'll know the day a house comes on the market because I do market searches daily. I'll be by your side from the first showing, to the home inspection, final walk-through, and settlement. I'm always available, and I love to help.
As a seller, we'll talk about a marketing plan for your house. I'll show you your competition, and give you suggestions on how you can set yourself apart from them. We'll discuss marketing strategy and timelines, so you know exactly what I'm doing to sell your house.
