I'm a Real Estate investor in the St Joseph, MO area looking to both create a Real Estate portfolio that will provide a steady passive cash flow, and maybe even flip a property or two.

I'm looking to assemble my team of professionals I'll be working with. Maybe we can work together to make each other some money. I'm interested in REOs, Pre-Forclosures, and Muli-Family.

Of course, if I can get a property cheap enough to make a profit off of it, I'm interest in it too.
