I never "hound" anyone and certainly not FSBO's or exprieds. In our area they are a rare breed in any event. I prefer to spend my time and money working my sphere and past client base, which generates 75% of my business year in and year out.

I will answer your question first, I don't like to be hounded, so therefore I do not hound!
Second, are you going to share their insights?

No. There is much lower hanging fruit out there. We are constantly in front of our data base and prefer to attract business rather than chase it.

NO, never have. Hmmm calling on people that just had an agent let them down or calling the other group that hates Realtors so much, they buy their own for sale sign and decided to sell it themselves...No thank you.
It's all relationships in my CRM for me. My daily calls are fun to make.
I tell 15 solicitors per month that I do not buy leads either.

hounding?? not so much....marketing to? communicating with? never hounding...

Sounds like a tough way to get a marginal client, better to find ways to get good clients to seek you.

One dog barking at the door is not hounding.
Unfortunately, for expired, there will be 40 dogs barking at the door, climbing over the fence, stalking you on SM, flooding the mailbox. That is hounding.
Just like the four agents "whatever you want' the 40 engaged in dialing for dollars taint us all.
I engage other methods.

No! I have a good pipeline due to my geographical marketing, on-line presence, past clients and referrals.

I don't consider calling an expired or FSBO "hounding". I do call older expireds ( 30+ days expired) to see if they are still interested in selling their Homes. If they are not I don't call them again. If they are I continue the conversation. I also only call older FSBO's and do the same. Of course I engage in other methods and thats where I get most of my business. Can you please share with us what the "mellenials" you spoke with told you about alternative methods of connecting with them?

I work fsbo's but I don't consider it hounding. I use a lot more direct mail in my lead generation, farming specific condo complexes but targeting fsbo's with more mailings.
