have you considered using a single property business page on facebook. It would be easy to make the owner a co-admin for her to post photos herself. I've successfully done that with luxury properties in the past. Sellers LOVED sharing new photos and comments about their home and then both of us shared the link on both social media and me on blogs. Got a lot of attention.

Any blog should be able to take care of getting you up front in SERPs, G+ can help also.
I wouldn't let a seller blog about her own house. Could you imagine the drama with that?
I've used single property websites for decades. Agency Logic provides me a RE/MAX Distinctive Homes template. I don't understand why she needs a blog to add entries. No one is going to comment.
I'm confused why the seller would be adding these entries. Does she live out of your area?
Who is in charge here of the marketing? I would be very worried if the seller blogs on this single property website. It's her content for the blog. And, yes, I have done these single property websites. By the way, how long does she expect it to take to sell this listing?
Hi Debb Janes EcoBroker and Bernie Stea JD it's possible if you use Wordpress your developer for a nominal charge can add this plug in so you can create on your own site driving traffic to the website where you are building all of your SEO efforts organically. See an example here of my Listing Page I feel that it is enough information, room for video ect and ranks real nice in Google. The issue with https://listingstoleads.com/ or creating a real property website is there is no SEO, who will ever find it? A website is only as good as who can organically find it.

Single property websites are a great way for your client to advertise their home to all their friends, neighbors, family, and coworkers without all the clutter of the MLS or ZTR bullcrap. You give them their own personal URL/website that showcases their home and let them assist you in the marketing of it. WP has all the plug-ins you'll ever need to make it happen, including adding a blog. Kind of a no-brainer if you ask me.
I could blog the changes and add photos, but the client really couldn't do it herself on my site.
Create a website on one of the FREEBIE providers. (Wix, Wordpress, webstarts, weebly) Website name should be address.
Buy the address URL and redirect to the website. ($6 for .us domain)
Make first entry using the listing data. Make sure your branding is in header and footer and receives ALL click and email efforts.
Give the seller the access codes and instruct with "Have fun. Be aware, I'm not a tech support center so if you have questions refer to this list."
You may want to get and provide the seller the telephone number for GeekSquad or the help line of the website provider.
Do they work? No website works if you don't feed it.
The seller may be unaware of this fact so when they spend hours and hours and hours and nothing happens you WILL look like a superstar.
Be aware, you are on a very slippery slope. When you start making concessions that is beyond your contract and beyond your expertise, it is highly likely the second lesson learned is something about 'No good deed...."

For the right price, anything is a available ! I think I would give her the name of my IT folks and let her set up her own site to suit herself. I don't want to be the middle person in it's setup, maintenance and any liabilities for misleading or inaccurate information she may upload. The time investment wouldn't be worth the ROI. This is a road I would take a detour to avoid.

I'd recommend ListingsToLeads (my referral link to get 21-day trial period) - not only a service that provides Single Property Websites, it gives you so many ways to market any listing - including luxury homes.
I do use single property website extensively. I've only had one contact off of them in the last year. I do them mainly for the sellers. They find them impressive. I like realbird.com. It's inexpensive, but may not be what a higher end seller is looking for. Check it out the site, though. Maybe it will work for you.
I think realbird will let you do a trial and then the cost is something like $99/year.
Tammy's idea is an excellent on one. You can also get single websites with unlimited photos with your Realbird subscription. They allow very detailed data and these will get indexed.

I'll create a single website for the seller but I'll have control of it. She might easily take pictures and then you can add them to her the site.
Blogspot puts out a very good free blogging platform that would be simple for both you and your client to use.
Put on your website adding as they want.
Single property websites are excellent eye candy for the seller. Doesn't necessarily attract those browsing search sites for all homes.
Consider creating a sub-domain on your site. She can comment on your blog post as a visitor ... no?
I think you would be better off doing a YouTube video of the house and re do it as more flowers bloom . You can also try using periscope and Instagram
I have done single site web sites, but you can also use Realbird, which does that. You can add lots of photos.
1. I don't. Never liked the ones I saw and really don't see the point. Would rather have the traffic at my site and point them to the page for that listing.
2. No. Have yet to see a good one for any home.
3. I'm going to say "doubtful" from the quality (or lack there of) of the ones I've seen.
It is pretty easy Debb but you may spend a few bucks to do it right.
A single property website such as 123mainstreet.com or a facebook page with the address. That's what I have done. It's easy to share and people may remember the address. Simple to add video and photos as well as local info.
And you want a different client.
